Hello all, I am forwarding the following message, sent out by Alan Butler, on behalf of Snoman. This is a very important survey to get out to your membership, family, and friends. Last year as you may remember, non-motorized trails in Manitoba received $7,000,000, wow, just think what snowmobile clubs could do with that!!! Encourage participation so our snowmobiler voices are heard this year!... Good day clubs, The government has launched its public engagement on the Manitoba Trails Strategy. The public engagement includes a survey for current and potential trail users, as well as a place for people to share their ideas. We encourage club members to participant in the survey so that the voice of snowmobilers is heard. Please visit the following link to access and/or share the survey: https://engagemb.ca/manitoba-trails-strategy I hope that you will respond to the survey yourself as well as take the time to share this information with your club members and encourage participation in the survey. By completing the survey, respondents will have the opportunity to share their views on what they value in a recreational trail network, barriers to using trails, and how to get people more involved with using and supporting trails. The survey will be open until January 15th, 2021. Alan Butler Snoman’s Representative Manitoba Trails Strategy Committee
