Novel Coronavirus Update Scouts Canada continues to monitor developments with the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have taken the following actions in line with advice provided by provincial and federal government agencies. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and reach out to Council, event, contingent and camp management teams. Latest Scouts Canada Update Revised March 13, 2020... Effective Monday, March 16 until at least April 5, 2020. All Section programs across Canada are to cease, including regular meetings, outdoor adventures, tours/visits and camps.All Scouts Canada events and activities such as Scouter Cons, Kub Kar Rallies, training, and any/all Scouter meetings will be suspended or postponed.All Scout Properties will be closed and associated events cancelled or postponed.All March break camps have been cancelled.All Scout Shops will be closed; Scoutshop.ca will remain available.All Scouts Canada offices will be closed and employees asked to work remotely; offices will be available as-needed for essential work.All non-essential Scouting-related travel will be cancelled.
