Time to Smile Again! The Ministry of Health and the Chief Medical officer of Canada have finally lifted the restrictions placed on health care since March. While everyone was respecting the stay at home orders we were also very busy with dental emergencies and preparing our office for your return.... While our office has always maintained a high level of infection control, we took it a step further and installed 12 hospital grade Air Purifiers and put into place protocols to help with keeping you safe and healthy. Your next appointment will be a little different then usual: 1) You will be screened prior to the appointment over the phone and again when you arrive at the office you will also have your temperature taken. 2) Our staff will be screened as well and will also have their temperatures taken twice a day. 3) On arrival you will be asked to sanitize your hands and we request that you bring a mask with you and wear it into our office. 4) We will be spacing our appointments to ensure Social Distancing 5) We will request that only patients come to the office though we will always accommodate families and care givers. Safety is at the top of the list as we gear up towards reopening! We have put new measures in place to keep everyone safe. Things will be very different around the office going forward. All of our clinical staff have been properly fitted and tested. We will be ready to go as soon as we get the green light to do so! One question we have been asked many times over the past few months is "Should I book an appointment now?" ... We have been rebooking all of our appointments since the office was shut down a few months ago and moving things forward as we go. Please do rebook your appointment so we can get you back into the schedule over the next few months.
