Port Sub Info (EETG)

Progress on the Port Sub. The E&N Division met with the ICF in Parksville this morning. This gave us a good opportunity to photograph the brushing that is taking place on the sub. The ICF’s Gradall and crew are proceeding nicely and making great progress. Thanks for the updates.

We are pleased to hear John Horgan recognizes that rail infrastructure on the Island will serve the people of Vancouver Island not only now, but well into the f...uture. We have always understood the Federal government would respond positively to a viable project proposal for our Corridor. They will however, not help financially to move anything forward until the Province themselves actively commit to the project. The Gradall Crew has made it to mile 5, next they will be tackling the Alder Trees towards Highway 4. Nice progress along the Subdivision. Keep up the good work!
