As many of you know - WE’RE BACK. We are currently booking for June 18th and on, if you haven’t heard from me, feel free to shoot me a message, some of my messages were failing. We are going to be limiting the appointments per day to keep everyone safe. We will also not be allowing anyone in the store and operating like the vet clinics with drop off done outside. ... No need to stress, we got you covered and will be watching the parking lot closely. Looking forward to seeing you all!

Hello again! I did reach out to a lot of you today, going to finish the wait list tomorrow since it’s getting late! Also, if you messaged to be on the wait list via Facebook, and didn’t hear from me, feel free to shoot me a message! ... I should inform you during this time off I have been busy preparing for reopen with a lot of safety features in place to protect us and you. We have taken the Covid-19 Groomers course, as well as the barbicide course to insure the store and equipment is properly sanitized. We are all excited to get back and to see all of our four legged friends!

Looks like we will be able to open May 19th! If your appointment has been cancelled, we will be taking those appointments first. Another update, made easier with my assistant beside me (even though she doesn’t look impressed haha) Unfortunately with some businesses aloud to reopen next week, we are not one of them. We are listening closely to the government’s guidelines on when it is safe for everyone to reopen. I really want to say how much a appreciate the support and patience you have at this time.
