About This Role As A General Cleaner: As part of this team, you will provide cleaning services to our Cowichan Valley Clients. You as the cleaner, is accountable for the quality of work performed & for the efficient use of supplies The Ideal candidates must be focused on proving exceptional client service & enjoys working alone or as part of a team. They must be trustworthy, reliable, professional & courteous to others The successful candidates must be able to work independently with their own tasks competently & effectively This role requires a dedicated team player that will foster a positive work environment and assist co-workers & supervisors Must be able to safely work independently & comfortable working with many different types of supplies & atmosphere. We will never ask you to be in a home or office alone that you are not comfortable with Previous cleaning experience in private homes, office spaces, apartment, commercial spaces or any other related industry is an asset & required. Training is available but we would like to hire employees who have a basic understanding about supplies, tasks & time management Must be able to follow instructions & problem solve Must be able to stand long periods of time Must be competent in oneself & able to ask for help when unsure of situations Must have reliable transportation that can hold supplies.
