Vegetable oil Salt and pepper Italian seasoning For the marinade 1/3 cup white wine vinegar ( or white balsamic vinegar) 1 tbsp grainy mustard 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp salt, if needed 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (or vegetable oil) For the Broccoli and Cabbage Slaw Juice and zest from one lemon cup mayonnaise 2 cup thinly sliced cabbage 1 cup broccoli slaw (thinly sliced stalks) Season with salt For mayonnaise 2 egg yolks cup vegetable oil 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp lemon juice Season with salt
