Making eye contact through Zoom is kinda strange. When you're actually looking at someone on your screen, it doesn't look like you're making eye contact with them. And when you look into the camera and appear to be making eye contact, you're not actually looking at anyone. ... Though we're probably more comfortable looking at people's images on our screens, I think it's very important to ALSO look into the camera. To me, the "illusion" of eye contact can make your presentation/message so much more engaging. #presentationskills
