I haven't posted on my yoga page for a very long time! I thought this was a good way to start as we have been fortunate with all the kindness of friends, and neighbours who have helped us out, who have reached out to us, when our household had Covid. It is true, "you will ALWAYS find people who are helping" Feeling grateful <3

It’s been a busy and wonderful summer, in spite of Covid! I’m looking forward to starting classes up again, commencing Monday, September 14! Classes will run: Gentle flow, Monday/Wednesday 9-10:15 and Chair Yoga Tuesday/Thursday 11-12PM Contact me for rates and any questions.

Hey Vernon yogi friends! I invite you to join me for a yoga trek through Polson Park tomorrow 10:30-11:45AM. This is a way we can see each other and practice yoga with social distance of course! Bring your mat and meet me at the parking lot off Hwy 97 across from the strip mall with Earls. It would be nice to know if you can attend so please message me or comment below if you can make it. Hopefully the weather will be nice for it too!!

I'll be teaching a Facebook Live Chair Yoga class today at 11:00AM. All you require is a chair and be in comfortable loose clothing. A book or block for your feet if your feet aren't flat on the floor while sitting is helpful too. This class is suitable for seniors and beginners! Here is a chance to move your body today if you can't get outside. Can you join me?
