I'm Cassie and I'm the Pound instructor and, I want us to release our inner rockstars and redefine a way to work out. Come as you are! Whether you've been working out since you were five or you've barely been active before. You are welcome in this class. The building is wheelchair accessible so anyone with mobility issues are welcome. This is also a great class for people in the deaf community as we crank the music and very little talking with words!
