Let's talk about boundaries. Boundaries are limits and rules we set for ourselves within relationships to protect ourselves. Below are some things to keep in mind when setting boundaries! Set your boundaries based upon what is important to you and your personal values. If you dont know what your values are, this is a good place to start exploring. Think about the reason you created these boundaries which can help when you may be giving a little more then you shoul...d. Self-respect. Respect that you have created these boundaries for yourself. Boundaries can be hard to enforce when you feel someone may be mad. Honor your own needs and remember that you are teaching others how you would like to be treated. Please remember setting boundaries takes practice!! Start small and be true to yourself and your needs, and remember your reason for setting them :) If you need help setting boundaries, we can help!!

Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. Prevention is something that we can all individually help with. A short conversation with another person can sometimes be enough to make the difference between life and death for them. The advice ‘WAIT’ is one good way to remember how you can support another person who may be suicidal. ... Reach out and connect with others!!
Reach out!! I'm here to help :)
A great read! "Acknowledge that your partner’s perspective is just as valid as yours doesn't mean you have to agree, you just need to show respect for their opinions and seek to understand. And true understanding is not possible without empathy. "
'Try starting your next conflict discussion with a soft start-up. When you can complain without blame and truly express your needs and concerns in a positive way, it opens a window to understanding each other more deeply and intimately."
