#truestory - Today, I was working out and this song came up in my playlist. I stopped my workout, remembered the time when we danced to this song in front of Parliament in Ottawa, quickly danced to the choreo and then resumed my workout but this song and the memories got stuck in my head. I was meeting Onkar in the evening and I asked him to just repeat the choreo for fun :) so this video is an impromptu attempt to recreate some old memories. Since this was spontaneous, we did make some mistakes in the choreo but it was all in good fun and for old times sake #throwback #throwback2018

Over the last 5 weeks, we had some amazing fun with our online Bhangra workout classes! All those classes are available on our FB page for our students to practice! Thanks to everyone who became a part of this new way of being together! That was all for this version of LIVE Bhangra fitness classes and last Thursday was the final class of this session. As per today's announcement by the premier of Quebec François Legault, our Bhangra classes will be closed till further notice. For those who had registered for this Tuesday, you can use your spot for the next class (whenever we resume).
