Our last official act of the decade/2019... A formal complaint against Prasad Panda and senior bureaucrats of Infrastructure Alberta for reneging on all agreements/promises with respect to Grow Calgary's relocation. This was not our 1st choice. We had been in negotiations for 18 months on this matter. It is our hope that fairness will prevail on this issue and we can promptly return to the true priority, growing food for Alberta's poor on unused public land.... Happy New Decade to all.
