Today is the International Day of Commemoration in memory of the victims of the Holocaust. Today also marks the 76th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz.... We must never forget the six million Jews and many other victims who were murdered by an evil, hateful regime. It is our duty to remember them. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Over the years, whenever I talked about threats to our freedom, someone would ask with genuine puzzlement: Where’s the problem? Aren’t you free? What freedoms are you lacking? If it wasn’t obvious enough then, I hope it is in 2021.
