Happy Mother's Day to all our amazing client's who are mothers and those fathers who have to be a mom & a dad! Wish we could have given you the Mother's Day celebration especially opening weekend. I hope you were all very spoiled as you should be. To make this fun, everyone post what their children or families did to make today ULTRA special! I don't have a picture but, I received a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of tulips with my favorite chocolates (Turtles!)

To all our seasonal campers: I know everyone is eager to get to the campsite and prepare for the season. We are almost there. At this time, we can still only have those come to the park for maintenance, dropping off trailers and picking up their belongings. We will let you know as soon as possible when you can come get ready for the season. We are just as eager as you guys are but, for now, let's stay home and stay safe. If you are needing to do maintenance, dropping off a ...trailer or picking up your belongings due to leaving the park, please note you have to book an appointment. We are trying to minimize the amount of people at any given time in the park. For payments, we are doing contactless at this point. Please make arrangements with us. A friendly reminder that we will not be accepting payments until your contract has been completed. Payments are due by May 10th. If contracts and payments are not recieved by May 10th, you may be subject to interest charges. Due to the fact that May 21st opening is not confirmed, we are asking that you only pay the season basic of $2795 + hst, minus your deposit. All add ons can be added at a later date. We will keep everyone posted as soon as we get wording on what the regulations are. We look forward to seeing everyone and having another camping season with you. Stay safe, stay healthy!

To all our seasonal campers: We would like to send out a friendly reminder to those leaving the park, you have until today to remove your belongings or let us know you are leaving. If we are not in communication after today, there will be a daily charge until all items are removed. For those staying, we are anxiously awaiting new information as to when we will be opening. For now, we are hoping for May 21st, as long as the stay at home order is not extended.... Until then, we will need you to complete the contract that we sent you in March. If you have not been receiving our emails, they are sent through our Newbook system, therefore, please verify your spam folder in your email. We need you to complete the information, check the boxes to the options you would like for the season, and check the boxes that you have read and understood the contract. Please be sure to Download PDF. You do not need to send this to us as it will generate back to us automatically. If you are waiting to know your options, we will need you to pay the basic fee no later than May 10th, add ons can be added later. For payments: If you are paying by e-transfer, please send it to [email protected]. Remember to send a separate email with your password. If you are paying by credit card, go to our website, www.tourpleasurepark.com, under Online Portal, wait for your invoice as you will need the Invoice ID which is your invoice # to proceed. If you are paying by cheque or money order, please send it by mail. Let us know when it is in the mail. The payment may or may not be received on time but, if you let us know when it is in the mail, we will let you know once received. We are asking everyone to stay at home. We are not permitted to have you come down checking on the trailer, setting up for the season, etc. We are only permitted to have those selling their trailer, leaving the park, or dropping off a trailer come to the park. We cannot have you come to the park during a stay at home order to drop off payments. We are wanting to have you come and enjoy your summer. But, we need to work together to follow the guidelines and hope everyone stays safe.

Dear Camper’s, We hope you are all staying home & staying safe during this trying time. We understand that our seasonal’s are extremely excited to get their trailers ready and opened before opening day. This year, we are asking that you stay home and abide by the stay-at-home orders in place.... Yesterday, we attended a video meeting with the camping association for clarity on the current restrictions. We have an obligation to enforce these restrictions in order for us to be able to open on time. It is important that you know, showing up at the campground without an appointment for any reason other than to sell your camper or to drop off/pick up your camper in the upper parking lot, goes against the current stay-at-home orders. Not only could disobeying these restrictions hold you liable for a potential fine, but we would receive one as well. Camping is allowed on full season contracts. RV sales are permitted BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Screening is required prior to arrival at the park. Anyone that is entering the park, is required to sign in with their name and phone number, we will have a sign in sheet available. You are not able to open or set up your camper up before opening day, this has been deemed *non-essential* please stay home. We understand the frustration this is causing. We are asking you to understand that we did not put these orders in place, we are simply required to abide by them. We are doing everything in our power to ensure that nothing impedes our ability to open on time and stay open for the entire 135-day season. A friendly reminder starting immediately, the gate is officially closed. We are not always here, therefore, you will have to walk down to your site should you not have an appointment. The appointments can be made from 9 am to 5 pm only. Those entering the park must leave no later than 5 pm.
