Happy Valentines Day. Yay, As of Tuesday Feb 16th we can go back to regular grooming appointments, we will still be doing curbside drop off and pick up. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Some good news, as of today groomers are allowed to open for certain services with some strict guidelines.. We will be calling anyone who had an appt booked prior to the lockdown first , then making our way through the many messages that have been left since the start of the lockdown. Please be patient as it will take some time to call everyone but we will contact you as soon as we are able. ... Please bear in mind that these new orders allow us to take in only one dog at a time so it is crucial when you make an appt that you show up promptly at your appt time to drop off we cannot take your dog in early, and we ask you to respect the appts booked after your appt and show up promptly to pick your dog up. All drop offs and pick ups will be done curbside, and we ask that you wear a face covering and call to rebook your appt if you are feeling at all unwell on the day of your appt. Sadly with the new Emergency Stay at Home Orders issued by Doug Ford on Tuesday Jan 12 dog grooming closures have been extended to Feb 11 2021. For anyone that already has an appt booked before Feb 11th we will contact you to advise of the closure extension. Missing you all and hope everyone is staying healthy and safe. Looking forward to seeing everyone once this closure is over.

Happy Thursday everyone, Just a little note to advise everyone looking to book an appt for grooming in the coming days that it is best to call the shop directly and leave a message. We will be contacting everyone as soon as we can. It is going to take several days to get appointments booked. We are contacting everyone in order the messages come in and to make it easier and to streamline the process it is preferred you call 519 631 9951 versus Facebook messaging as we don’t wa...nt to miss anyone. There were several weeks of appointments that had to be cancelled when we closed so they will be the first ones contacted then onto the list of calls in order. Please be patient and understanding during this time as everyone is anxious to get in sooner rather than later. I promise you we will do our utmost best to get everyone in as soon as possible. UPDATE: I have now talked to Southwestern Public Health, Jeff Yureks office and the provincial govt help line and it appears we are able to remain open. All Covid-19 protocols are still in place and we ask anyone who has travelled complete their mandatory 14 day self isolation before coming to the shop and anyone who feels unwell at all calls to rebook their appt. Thank you all for your patience and understanding during this difficult and confusing time. To all our value...d clients. As you already know Premier Ford has ordered all non essential businesses closed as of midnight last night. What is not known at this time is whether dog grooming is considered non essential as it could fall into one of the category’s in the released guidelines. I have emailed Jeff Yureks office yesterday and am awaiting a response with hopefully a clear explanation as to where we fall under the guidelines. I will update as soon as I know on the status of whether we can be open or not. Until then our shop will remain closed and I will be contacting any clients who have appointments already booked. Protocols for the COVID19 (Coronavirus) To protect everyone we strongly suggest if you are feeling unwell or someone in your household is unwell you call to rebook your grooming appointment. As per the guidelines from Public Health Canada we frequently clean all surfaces in high traffic areas using alcohol based wipes and antibacterial products. Thank you for your cooperation in helping to keep everyone safe.
