October is BUSY, and we’re super excited to have a lot of our instructors back again!!! Each class has a max # so it’s best to register ASAP to ensure you have a spot, we will let everyone know when classes are full. FYI Most are already half full at this point... Step, Pound, Pilates, Barre & Yoga are all 4 week series for $40 with the usual sign up for more then 2+ to receive the 20% discount. **Intermediate Step & Barre are FULL ... Zumba is $30 for 3 weeks (1 week no class) Total Body Sculpt at home $40, in the gym with membership $60. **Drop in availability $12 only if theres space left. Gym membership $30 for 1 yr contract, $40 monthly. There’s a couple spots left in our PFC mixed classes at the gym 4pm on Thursdays. $12 drop in. Hanley Pound is a go ahead!!! Drop in spots for $12 if you cannot commit to the full session. Davidson mixed workout is Oct 7 for $10 then we’ll decide moving forward after that. Kickboxing will start middle of the month, let me know if your interested and we’ll add you to the list once we have the dates. Any question at all let us know. We’re always open to new ideas, times etc.
You’ve probably heard people say that the exercises you find challenging now will one day be your warm-up. Many people start using a programs without being able to complete a full push-up. If you are consistent, over time you will see an improvement! Just keep pushing

Aerobics/Learn the basics of Step Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints. It improves overall fitness by building strength, reducing fat, and boosting your cardiovascular health. Why not burn calories while having fun?!?! ***Remember, you can also leave out the raised surface and do these moves on the ground. Step and move with the same amount of purpose as if you were stepping up. You can still get a great workout. Then progress to the step when YOU are ready! This class is the perfect place to start!

All the classes can be done online, you just need to let us know you’d like to do that option. If there’s a time you’d like better or a class we don’t have, just ask us and we can try and make it happen, we LOVE getting feedback. ... It hasn’t been the easiest year 1 (thanks Covid ) but I’m hopeful we have an awesome fall and finish of the gyms year 1 with a bang!
