F*CK PERFECTION! Do you often catch yourself trying to make sure everything is absolutely perfect in your life? He took some pictures and when I took my phone back and swiped through the photos he took, I was less than impressed with how they turned out. My skin is awful, that angle makes me look fat, that shadow across my cheek looks funny... And I KNOW I’m not the only one who does that shit to themselves! So why do we put so much damn pressure on ourselves to be perfect?! After taking a breather and sitting over a cup of coffee I realized that I was being absolutely ridiculous. And here’s the thing; yes it’s nice to look at these picture perfect feeds on Insta but do you REALLY relate to those people?! Nope, I guarantee you, you are more of a fan of that woman posting her stretch marks, her less than perky breasts, her chipped nail polish and her kid screaming in the background with nothing but a diaper on. So F*CK the idea that everything needs to be perfect! It’s never going to happen anyway so stop wasting your precious energy on it!
