Santa Gary wanted to pop on to let everyone know our Holiday Hours for the season. We are closing early on Wednesday December 23rd (9:00-4:00 pm) We will be closed from December 24 - January 3rd. Open again on Monday January 4th. ... Both Dr. Harrison and Dr. Herman are booking up quickly for the last week and a half of the year. (July 6-10) He is already booked up for Monday July 13th, but still has space Wednesday July 15 & Friday July 17. Spots will go fast, so please call to book if you want to see him next week. ... Unfortunately Dr. Harrison is already booked up for this week, and has an active wait list, so he is unable to see Dr. Herman’s patients in his absence. We will be OPENING TOMORROW! This however will be with restrictions. Please take a moment to review our new policies. Dr. Harrison will be working tomorrow (Thursday) and Friday from 9 am - 5:30 pm. HOWEVER, after calling back his wait list today, he is already booked solid on Thursday & Friday morning. He does have some spaces available Friday afternoon. Please CALL us and leave a message if you wish to book. An appointment is required.... Dr. Herman is currently awaiting mandatory alterations on his treatment table, and is unable to open until these are complete. We hope that this will be by Friday, however the likelihood will be mid next week. We have not yet called Dr. Herman's wait list patients, as we do not know his return date. We will call as soon as we know. Please stay tuned for Dr. Herman's reopening date. New Restrictions as follows: 1.) Walk In treatments are no longer available. An appointment is required to see a Chiropractor. 2.) Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, please wait outside, or in your vehicle until your appointment time. 3.) Single Patients only. Unless you require a caregiver, or are a parent of a child. 4.) Patients are required to immediately use hand sanitizer, or wash their hands upon entering the office, and prior to entering Doctor's Rooms. Hand Sanitizer is provided. We look forward to welcoming you back and to providing a safe environment for our patients and staff! We also wanted to say a big Thank You to Dr. Michael Lentz and his team at Lentz Chiropractic for offering their help in getting reopened. While our PPE arrived in the nick of time, we are still very grateful for the offer of help. We really are an amazing community here in Olds!

Just an update. We are still planning on reopening on Thursday. However, our opening is entirely pending the arrival of our PPE that is required to be in place before we open. We haven’t reached out to our call list yet, as we want to ensure we have the equipment before we book appointments. If you have reached out, we should be in contact with you hopefully in the next couple of days. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience.

While we do have the green light from the province to reopen, unfortunately it’s not as simple as turning on a switch. We are currently making changes to update our office in accordance with the new safety measures put in place by our governing authority. (ACAC) We want to ensure that we are re-opening with the safety supplies we need, and all new procedures in place to ensure everyone’s safety! This will take us some time to receive all safety supplies required, and impleme...nt the new changes. If you have already left us a voicemail or FB message, we do have you on our call list.
