Dry Eye Treatment that does more! The patient pictured had a history of recurrent styes, chronic dry eye, rosacea, ocular rosacea, and contact lens intolerance due to dryness. We developed a non preserved drop and compress routine, lid hygiene, lifestyle modification, along with the use of prescription medications to improve symptoms to a point that she could function daily with more visual and ocular comfort. With the change in the season, we found that some of those pesky d...ry eye symptoms started to show up again. This patient started her RF treatments for dry eye and after one treatment is able to wear her contacts again, has noticed a decrease in styes, and the fine lines and wrinkles have improved as well!
