Although I made this for the staff I work with, I'm putting it out there for all educational staff. With students returning to school after being away five months, there will be a lot of anxiety to return and "big feelings." This was made to give staff a few ideas on helping with student mental health. You need to click on the different pictures to access the wellness ideas. Manitoba is in the same boat...but are in the process of trying to become regulated. Therapists or counsellors should have a regulatory body, CCPA is one example, that over sees and regulates those working in the field. Otherwise you could end up getting therapy from someone who has no or few credentials to be providing counselling or therapy or who follows a code of ethics.
