We had Take Out tonight for dinner from Prairie Ink Restaurant & Bakery, Winnipeg. It was delicious! The four of us had the Bison Burger with West African Pean...ut Soup, the Barbecue Chicken Pizza, the Lake Winnipeg Pickerel, and the Roast Chicken. Then we shared the Caesar Salad. Whew. We want more time with you so we’re extending our hours a bit, as follows! Monday to Wednesday - 10am to 7pm Thursday to Saturday - 10am to 8pm Sunday - 10am to 6pm... And as always, the kitchen closes an hour before the restaurant.
