Although they looked a little different this year, we were thrilled to, again, host the NSBA Business Builder Awards. This year, the show pivoted to becoming a virtual event to be as safe and inclusive as possible. The health and safety of our community is of utmost importance. That is why, due to current health concerns, we have made the decision to cancel the 2020 Jr. Ag... Showcase program. We did not come to this decision easily as Prairieland has such a deeply ingrained history of support for 4-H and youth in agriculture. However, we feel this is in the best interests of our program participants and their families. After all, for more than 65 years, generations of prairie families have participated in this, and many other events. Prairieland proudly acknowledges the tremendous achievements of the young people of Saskatchewan and applauds their commitment to programs such as 4-H. To limit the spread of COVID-19 the admin offices at Prairieland Park and all of the World Trade Center Saskatoon Trade and Convention Center is now closed to the public. We anticipate this to be temporary and will continue to monitor the situation, making changes as necessary.
