When I was about 20, my roommate and I sold everything in our apartment and went to live in Mexico. We slept in a tent on the beach for months. The first seeds have arrived! We start planning the next growing season far before spring.. Whenever possible, we use the fruits and veggies from our garden in our jams, jellies, desserts and soups.. I guess technically we are starting to prepare lunch for the people who visit us in June..

Anyone else finding it hard to get back into the swing of things? I found myself standing in the middle of the shop today.. I have no displays, no tables for people to sit, and it feels like a workshop. It is quite a different feeling in there!
