Hello everyone! When you place an order online I get to packing them up in a timely manner, which is normally within three business days at the very most, and most often is the day of or 1 day after. There is an FAQ section on the website with info on shipping, pick up + delivery. Please read!... Pick up is in the South Osborne area of Winnipeg. When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email (to the email address provided when you placed the order) with pick up details including the exact location + times that your order can be picked up. Please make sure you enter your email address correctly when placing your order! Please check all junk folders in your email for emails from Prairie Potions.
