Pizza doesn't have to come with all the extra calories. Use an ultra thin crust, and typically most your calories come from cheese. So go light on the cheese or use feta mixed in as an option. #healthychanges #nevergiveupthegoodfood
Salads don't need to be expensive or boring! When I'm busy I grab the pre-mixed bags and spice it up myself. This one is cabbage, lettuce, carrots and I added chicken a sprinkle of bacon and a few salad tortilla chips for extra crunch! And it cost me about $5. A filling lunch that's not boring. And fueling me till afternoon snack!
Breakfast doesn't need to be complicated. Your favorite Greek or dairy free yogurt a dash of granola and some fresh berries! Today I had mango DF coconut yogurt with cashew granola and raspberries. What did you have??
Cooking should be a family affair. Get your kids involved! At our house our kids are responsible for picking a new meal every week and it has to be something we have never had before and that requires more than putting a pan in the oven. They are learning measurements, portions and getting more experienced everyday. Do you involve your kids with cooking?
