Growing stevia plants this year :-) Ever wanted a super sweet treat for kids that’s healthy too? Said to be over 200 times as sweet as sugar, these babies are packed with nutrients, (unlike the processed form of stevia you find in stores). Full of iron, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C...the list goes on... My 2 kids take a handful of stevia and combine it with chocolate mint, lemon balm or other herbs and create some interesting flavour combos.
