Big time selloff of pre-frost harvest tonight!!! Come pick up some veg at Prairie Urban Farm, 5-7pm.

At tonight's market we will have some parsnips for the first time, cucumbers of all sizes, potatoes, carrots, beets, kale, chard, a variety of string beans and of course all our crazy summer squash! Come on out and enjoy the sunshine while it's here.

We began threshing our malted barley yesterday @prairieurban. Volunteers appreciated the break from weeding! This was the first season we tried growing barley, and it was a great season to do so with all the cool, wet weather. We are on our way to our first batch of Prairie Urban Farm Pilsner! Stay tuned...

These energizer volunteers from Residence Services went a little CRAZY in our winter squash patch and uncovered these insanely large specimens! They will be on sale at our regular market this Thursday.
