Had my first 3 person yoga session in the new yoga room this evening. Stirred up some beautiful energy that is now flowing through the rest of this house. Thanks Braelyn Elizabeth and to your mom and Auntie for an amazing evening, and for the amazing opportunity to teach the 3 of you. Namaste

New bad ass yoga room in my house is ready for private and small group (3 people max) sessions!

Announcing one more free yoga class for those who could not attend the first one! It will be on Thursday, April 6th at 6:30 pm at Silver Kettle Village in the Life Enrichment room.
