Hi All, Hopefully everyone has seen, but the Waterloo Region has entered the Red Zone in the Covid Response, effective today, 2020-11-23. As such Precision Mixed Martial Arts will be shutting down until such time the region returns to a Zone that would allow everyone to train safely. If you have any questions please reach out to the team.. We'll miss seeing you all around, but looking forward to seeing you all back on the mats soon. Until then, stay healthy and safe!

We have some very exciting news to share with all of our faithful members. Effective starting next Monday, September 14, we are updating our class schedule to best serve our commitment to providing a safe and amazing training experience. We have added several morning classes and lunch classes (Sign up required). If you have any questions reach out to Professor Tom.

247 lbs down to 178 lbs. one year of hard work and tons of jiu jitsu! ( new tattoo as well lol). I think a lot of us will need this after the quarantine.....
