This new intercooler installs in a matter of a few minutes and uses the factory charge tubes. It replaces our previous double core model which was designed to support boost levels to around 28psi. This new intercooler will support boost levels in excess of 4bar and exce...eds by far the air charge cooling requirements of the 900T engine. Skidoo 900T MaxxECU system all done and fully functional with engine and factory dash calibrated. Complete plug & play with no wiring modification required. Supports high end 6 injector setups if choosen. 4 bar map sensor integrated within ECU as well as onboard lambda closed loop fuel control, high speed datalog as well as Android Bluetooth compatibility for on the fly monitoring and setups. Presenting our newest development for the Skidoo 900T engine: a CNC machined block guard. The design of our block guard is unique and much more advanced than traditional guards that sit flush with the engine deck -- it allows coolant to contact much of the bore casting in areas where heat dissipation is crucial. This is a highly advanced design that will further improve the strenght and resilience of the 900T cylinder bores at high levels of power. In addition to our CNC bloc...k guards, we have developed a technology to further increase the clamping pressure between the cylinder head and the engine case. This is achieved by using oversize stretch to yield fasterners machined specifically for the 900T engine. As the clamping pressure is increase, we ensure all engines have bores final honed with a torque plate installed for perfectly round measures along all axis. Precision Sports is committed to continue its development efforts in support of the growing demand for its turbo and engine management system which allow to trail ride at boost levels approaching 30psi -- making our solution unique and not available anywhere else. Owners of 900T Skidoo snowmobiles running the most aggressive reflash tunes on the market, or considering reflashing their ECU, should understand and be aware of the fact these aggresive tunes will damage their cylinder bores by creating out of round measurements of anywhere between 0.0025" to 0.005". These measures fall significantly outside the service limit maximum as documented by Skidoo. To this point 100% of all the engines we have dissassembled that were used on an aggressive ECU flash have out of round bores, regardless of the reflash service provider. All stock engine dissassembled to this date had cylinder roundness within factory service limit specifications.

Custom Skidoo 900T CP piston now available from Precision Sports. These have been manufactured to our exact specifications by CP and are not available anywhere else. They are slightly oversized for engines that have out of round bores. Rather than having to replace an otherwise perfectly good engine block because of excessive out of round tolerances, these are the perfect solution. We have a huge quantity in stock as 100% of all engines we have dissassembled to this point which were operated on a "so called" high hp reflash calibration, regardless of vendor, have oval bores and can not be rebuilt as is.

We are pleased to annouce the addition of MaxxECU engine management systems to our current product offering, MaxxECU engine control units are top quality products used all over the world both in automotive and powersports applications. They offer a range of features not available from most other ECU manufacturers that are highly relevant to the snowmobile market. Examples would be rolling launch control, long range wifi connectivity to Android operating systems, onboard lambd...a and closed loop fuel control, knock control, datalog, 4 bar MAP sensor and custom throttle body calibration capabilities. In search to a complement to our already successful MoTeC product line we conducted an exhaustive analysis of all the other solutions currently on the market and our conclusion was that MaxxECU was the best fit for the snowmobile application allowing to properly manage both engine and chassis functions. The MaxxECU product line is competitively priced and has become a solution of choice in high level motorcycle drag racing. We have already finalized the development of all the required interfaces to integrate either a MaxxECU Race or MaxxECU Sport ECU into Skidoo 900 turbo snowmobiles. As it has been the case with our MoTeC M400 and M1 solutions over this past decade, this will be a plug & play solution providing customers with full control over the operating parameters of their turbocharged Skidoo 900T. At this point, we plan for an early February release for this new and exciting solution for the 900T -- after all our quality control requirements will have been met and all our test protocols will be completed and declared successful. We will still offer the MoTeC M1 for this coming season but our aim is to transition to MaxxECU over time as we expect it will better meet the needs of our customers at a price point that will appeal to most, including customers locked into a flashed stock ECU looking for more flexibility and autonomy.
