November 12, 2020 PMAA CLOSURE - EFFECTIVE FRIDAY! Following this afternoon's announcement by the Province of Alberta regarding new temporary restrictions to combat the continuing rise of COVID-19 cases in the province, we are enacting the following changes to PMAA activities effective tomorrow. These will remain in place until November 27.... - All Taekwondo programs / classes are suspended - All group lessons and programs are suspended - All promotion tests are suspended I humbly encourage everyone to spend 30-60 minutes every day for self-care, some cardio/walks, some strength/core training, some stretching, meditation...
