Every year I get asked to offer gift cards. Until just about 10 minutes ago I never really have. I felt it was easy enough for people to just have the option to email transfer me after I had completed the treatment for who they had wanted to give that gift card to in the first place. I've come to realize that this adds extra steps for the gift giver, but also removes a bit of fun for all involved because the person getting the gift doesn't get the experience of opening a card... (or in this case email) that breaks the good news to them. So, I have seen the error of my ways and now will be offering the ability to get virtual gift cards. These have many pricing options as well as various card designs / occasions to choose from. You can see those here: https://squareup.com/gift/2XD0A14EFH0AA $90 equals out to the value of a 60 Minute Treatment. $130 is a 90 Minute Treatment. $170 is a 2 Hour Treatment. $45 covers part of any length of treatment. Or there is also a custom amount being anywhere from $45-$500 for those who want to give multiple treatments or just a lump sum towards future treatments! Drop me a line if you have any questions

Great news! Still able to provide you all with quality in-home massage treatments -- even with the new restrictions in place. I have been assured that there is no risk of a fine or anything either if a neighbour or someone else were to call in to report myself coming / going from your home for mobile treatments. In some regards these days people have been feeling safer in their own home than coming to my downtown clinic space at the limited hours. So I'm grateful to still be ...able to offer in-home treatments for now. Especially as they make up about 85% of my monthly appointments. Not working during the busiest time of my industries year would financially be troublesome; but also the amount of people I'd be able to help manage their pain would be dramatically reduced. Kind of a lose lose situation. But times are tough and I understand that. If it had to be done then it would've been done. However to me this is a good faith move by the province in contrast to the decision back in the spring to say that massage was not essential and that massage therapists were service providers as opposed to health care providers. I say good faith because this ackowledgement of the work that we do with the public is done professionally, methodically, and with great care to detail with regards to cleaning practices of materials, supplies, and my own person. I'm not saying that massage should be considered essential or massage therapists essential workers on the level of a nurse; but I do provide a health care service that can radically improve someone's quality of life. I went to post secondary school for this; I have many years of experience now doing this. I know how to create a safe environment for my clients and I am happy to see the province acknowledge that for now. Looking forward to continuing treatments with you all while still following the same health protocols and practices that have been (and will continue to be) in place since I re-opened July 01, following the work stoppage back in March. Stay positive, test negative. Oh and make sure you're getting enough sleep + H2O

Hey guys & gals! With the new restrictions announced by the provincial government not too long ago, it sounds like I won’t be able to do inhome treatments for a few weeks, unfortunately. However I am also not 100% sure that this is the case or not. Since it’s worded that not just anyone can be coming over to your house this would indeef make sense that I cannot do treatments for right now. Then again that is in regards to social gatherings, which is obviously not applicable t...o my business / massage treatments. Needless to say I’m trying to get some guidance from my professional association. I’ll keep y’all posted when I find out more!

Today's the day! Ready to rock and roll. The next three weeks are almost completely booked up so thank you for those who have booked in already. Really excited to get back to helping you all! See you soon and happy Canada Day

Please read through this post on my website to learn about what precautionary measures will be taken when Precision Therapeutics re-opens again July 1st. There are separate protocols and PPE requirements for both yourself (as a client) and myself based on where that treatment is taking place. *TheMoreYouKnow* http://precisiontherapeutics.ca//things-to-know-before-you

It's official... I will be offering treatments again starting July FIRST!

Please be advised of these IN-HOME / MOBILE MASSAGE schedule changes for the foreseeable future: Previously my in-home / mobile massage treatment hours were between 10AM - 6PM Thursday through Sunday each week. This contained three blocks of time for people to book into. I also had built in periods of time between these three time-slots that were unavailable for bookings on the schedule. This allowed me flexibility in scheduling as well as a bit of time for set-up, take-down,...Continue reading

Please be aware of these EVOLVE STRENGTH DOWNTOWN schedule changes for the foreseeable future: Previously my Evolve hours were 12PM - 9PM on both Tuesday & Wednesday of each week. Starting July 1st (2020) all Tuesday & Wednesday massage treatments at Evolve will be between 10AM - 8:30PM. Please note however that you will not be able to book just any old time within these parameters. There are now built in blocks of time that will be unavailable for booking, just like how my i...n-home / mobile schedule had previously been laid out to accommodate travel. For these Evolve location days, there will only be FOUR time slots for massage treatments each day. 10AM - 12PM, 1PM - 3PM, 4PM - 6PM, and finally 7PM - 8:30PM. The first three slots do not have to be two full hours in length; they can be any of: 45 Minutes, 60 Minutes, 75 Minutes, 90 Minutes, or 2 Hours in length. The last slot can only be 45 Minutes up to a maximum of 90 minutes in length. I will provide a more in-depth update on how the treatments at this location will be facilitated closer to the July 1st start date. But note that there are changes to how you will be greeted, as well as some minor adjustments during your treatment as well!

Hey Everyone! I continue to get tons of messages inquiring about when I will be up and running again. Thank you all for reaching out, it brings a smile to my face to catch up with you all even if it is just briefly for right now. I'll be adding TWO new posts (within a few minutes of this one) to talk about scheduling changes for both in-home / mobile massage treatments, as well as the Evolve Strength Downtown location. But to not reiterate the same information over both of th...em I want to use this as a general primer / update as well: I still do NOT have a concrete start time for in-home / mobile massage treatments. Pretend like it will be the beginning of July for now; and if I am able to open up sooner then I will for sure put out a message with that date over the various applicable internet platforms. After reviewing the return to work guidelines from the provincial government, as well as the required protocols to follow as set forth from my professional association. I have decided that changes to the schedule are necessary to accommodate certain aspects that have been set forth.. logistically speaking. I will leave this post pinned to the top of this business page / stickied so that it is the first of the posts people see when they view the Precision Therapeutics profile for the next few weeks. The two posts that are intended to follow will be just below. So you'll have to scroll down within the posts portion of this Facebook page. Cheers!

Very exciting news from the provincial government earlier today about the commencement of Stage 2 within the Alberta governments re-launch strategy! I have gotten quite a few messages from you guys and hear loud and clear that you are pumped to have massage be available as a treatment option again. I am too, believe me. At this time, however, I am still reviewing the provincial governments and my own massage associations guidelines for returning back to work (as well as await...ing a new massage table for in-home treatments)! As of right now, I still don't foresee opening until July 01. But please note that this is not a concrete date. Pending on PPE availability, as well as when the new treatment table arrives, June treatments could still be possible. Rest assured that I will let everyone know when I am ready to start taking appointments again. Until then, stay safe out there!

With a heavy heart the decision has been made to postpone taking any treatments for at minimum the next couple of weeks.. but more likely the next couple of months. We must all do our part to protect those who's bodies are not fit to protect themselves and I think it is time that I adjusted my business to follow suit. You can find more information / reasoning in the most recent website post here: http://precisiontherapeutics.ca//20/03/18/covid-19-update/... If anyone would like any homecare suggestions know that I am available via phone / text (780-233-4397) or email ([email protected]).

The start of this new decade is going to also be bringing some changes to Precision Therapeutic - exciting things! Specifically with regards to travel fees for my mobile / in-home clients though. Most of you already know that I will be moving to the north side of the city at the end of February. So I wrote a post on my website to explain some changes that will occur afterwards. Even though these changes won't actually be coming in to effect until March 1st, please read throu...gh the post on my website to familiarize yourself with how your treatments may be affected come that time. Edit: I'm intentionally trying to keep this post short just so that people don't scroll by it in their feeds thinking it is too long and then don't bother at all with it. http://precisiontherapeutics.ca//2020/01/01/travel-fee-ch/ Cheers Everyone!

It's that time of year folks! The time where everyone is going to be in a mad dash to use up their benefits (if they are on a calendar cycle that is). This means that my schedule from now until the new year is going to fill up a few weeks in advanced and much quicker than usual. If you're going to book an extra massage or two, my suggestion is to look ahead at my online schedule and book it now so that you guarantee that time for your body is set aside. Also keep in mind that... there are more than just massage and chiropractic treatments. Never tried acupuncture? Give that a go. How about shockwave therapy? Why not get a physio assessment on that secondary issue that you try to ignore but comes to the forefront of your mind every few months. Do you clench your jaw in bed? Get a night guard for those pearly whites! For the love of all things neck and shoulder... change your pillow(s)! Better yet, here's a bonus (and free) one: rotate that mattress.

Happy Canada Day everyone! To celebrate the start of summer vacations I've decided to offer all teachers and school support staff an extra $10 off of their treaments throughout the month of July. **Just mention that you saw this post and bada-bing bada-boom: discounted treatment.**... Thank you for all of your hard work throughout the year. Enjoy your summer breaks!

Hey guys if you are having trouble viewing the precisiontherapeutics.ca website (aka: it isn't working) don't worry you are not losing your marbles! I had apparently not had up-to-date billing information for the precisiontherapeutics.ca domain address. And it was recently just up for renewal with the company that I use. So as of a couple of hours ago when you go to our website it just simply won't show up for the time being. I have already renewed the domain and updated the ...billing information with this company, but because I realized this just before midnight, as well as it now being a long weekend and all... There is just no concrete way of telling how long it will take for them to process my renewal payment and then reactivate the domain for you guys to use. I still have the website and all its content there.. you guys just have no point of reference to view it without the domain address. It is basically just like if the screen on your laptop stopped displaying things. The laptop itself might be working fine, but visually there is just no way to tell that haha. Anyway, I felt like I should share the above on here and make note that I did not go out of business or anything like that... I just had a credit card that expired last year but then forgot to update other things that annually use that information You can still view the online booking system though; just follow this link, and it will take you right to it https://book.click4time.com/precisiontherapeutics/book/step1
