Safety FUR-ST Numbers are on the rise and businesses are required to follow new and/or tighter restrictions going into the holiday season. We would like to remind our clients that at Premium PetStyling we do require all of our staff and visitors in the salon to be wearing a mask at all times. ... We understand that some individuals may be exempt from wearing a face covering however we ask that you do not enter our small open concept salon without one. Our PetStylists are not able to follow social distancing while completing a professional and proper consultation or provide safe transportation of clients pets from your hands to ours. Since we are not able to remain a safe distance we reserve the right to refuse services if masks are not worn or not worn properly covering your nose and mouth. Masks are available for purchase if you do not have one. We will also be sanitizing all leashes, harness and collars that come into the salon. Our cleaners in the salon are pet safe. We are limiting the amount of people in the salon waiting area to 3 at any one given time. Please practice social distancing. We understand that the weather is not always pleasant and we will do our best to make things move as quickly as possible. Please remember, our masks protect you and your mask protects us! Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering and picking up. Our clients are important to us and your safety and your pets safety is our first concern. REMINDER: If you are feeling ill or are showing any symptoms please do NOT come into the salon for any reason. We will be waiving any late cancellation fees due to illness until further notice within reason. If you wake up sick we understand but please call us a minimum of 2 hours prior to your appointment time. NO SHOW FEES WILL APPLY FOR ANY AND ALL MISSED APPOINTMENTS. No show fees are 100% of the services booked. No shows are any appointment missed by one minute.
