On Monday, we had a parent share a kind email about their child’s tutor & how their work on executive functioning has really been helpful for their child right now, especially while they’re learning remotely every second day. How timely @prepacademycalgary & @pathway2success1 Posted with regram @prepacademycalgary We often have parents of middle and high schoolers reach out to us for support with executive functioning skill development. There are various ways to encourage older students to build these skills. For younger children, this visual demonstrates some of the accessible ways we can foster a foundation of EF skills to build upon as they get older. They may seem simple, but how you frame them and follow through turns everyday occurrences into instances of learning and connection. Thank you @pathway2success1
