Bulking season is a bit early.

Hi Everyone, I hope all is well. Today has been an amazing day. Myself and Prepared Strength have been out and about donating various equipment around the Waterloo Kitchener Community. Prepared Strength owner Udai Anand wanted to ensure that vulnerable people and others in the community are being looked after and helped in any capacity. During these unfortunate and unforgettable circumstances the need for medical supplies have been difficult to get. ... Over 1000, disposable face masks have been delivered today around the community and counting. Various sections include senior folks, first responders, independent salons etc. We understand the need of aiding our members and ensuring a well being of our community as we work through this challenge together. There is strength in numbers and I am glad to accomplish a personal and professional goal of helping in need. Myself and Prepared Strength are also working on an initiative called Spirit of Change. This will allow members to feel active, refreshed and digest this major change of COVID -19. Please if anyone needs any masks or anything to keep active and busy please let me know. Hey Facebook Family: I do not normally post but since this is a wide topic of discussion, I thought I'd lend some assistance where possible. During our challenging year of COVID-19 lots of industries have suspended service or temporarily shut down. I personally can not really relate as I work in the Law Enforcement/Security sector and community safety towards public, patrons, tenants is paramount, and thus always 24/7 Hours yes can be reduced but security is the eyes and ears... sometimes to help our fellow members Waterloo Regional Police Service out to build that relationship piece or education. For this I am blessed and lucky. I know all levels of government are creating quick policies to ensure our fellow Canadians do not struggle and get collect EI, or benefits. As many know, I own a food business called Prepared Strength. Lot's of families may be out of work unexpectedly, have some financial goals to reach or look after their loved ones and may not be able to provide certain things.
