Ok - so we "thought" Summer was around the corner and we had visions of people bbq'ing and planning weekend getaways dancing around in our heads. In anticipation of those visions again - Prepn'Pal will only be offering Meals on Wednesdays for the "Summer." Check out Prepnpal.com for our Wednesday May 5 and May 12th Meals! Our "Helping to Gift a Meal" Program is now underway. Prepn'Pal will be delivering its first meal to a local family next Wednesday! This single mom with 3 kids is new to Canada and lives in subsided housing.... A special thanks to all of you who made this possible by helping to gift a meal through Prepn'Pal! Our goal is to deliver meals once a month to different families or individuals in need of our Community Support! Stay strong everyone!

Our website is feeling much better! In fact - we are all set to take orders for this coming Sunday - April 25th! Thanks to all of you who returned the black recyclable food containers to Keith (our driver). They were spotless! They have since been rewashed and sanitized. Again, if you choose to keep these containers at home, please reuse and try not to recycle them yet. If they start accumulating and they get in your way - please send back with Keith. Thanks! The Prepn'pal team... Just a reminder that for tomorrow's food delivery - all orders should be in by today at noon! Get at 'er!

Our website - just a few more tweaks. Here is the menu for Wednesday Jan 13th delivery. Please have all orders in by tomorrow (Tuesday before noon). Wednesday's deliveries are between 5:15 and 6:30 pm. If you would like a few changes to your food choices - please don't hesitate to ask! We have added slices of chicken breast or slices of beef steak in case you want to add a bit more protein to your meals or to your vegetarian options. $3 per order ... The sauce for the Bang Bang veggie bowl is a sriracha mayo blend - a bit of heat but not too much. It will be on the side. The pad thai can either be with tofu or shrimp, or neither or both, please indicate your preference. We prefer to serve the pad thai sauce over the rice noodles for a better reheat product. The stuffing for the chicken broccoli bake will be made with celery, onions and spelt bread. (better for the tummy!) Stay warm - Stay safe!!

Our up and coming ordering website is currently being tested - so in the meantime, please order on our [email protected] address. E transfers go to [email protected] as well. The prices will not reflect taxes until the Fall of 2021. If you order one meal it is $15 plus $7.50 taxes 2 - $30 plus $7.50 3 - $45 plus $7.50... 4 - $39 plus $7.50 (reflecting a family order) Please have all orders in by tomorrow (Saturday at noon). Sunday delivery is between 1:15 and 3 pm. $7.50 flat fee, as many meals as you would like delivered. Most people order a variety of meals to have for lunch or dinner, Sunday-Tuesday. Please consume meals between 2-3 days or freeze by day 3. For those who have not ordered yet, your order would look something like this: 1 individual size gnocchi in bolognese cream of leek and potato edamame $15 family size (includes for entrees and sides) gnocchi, cucumber salad, bell peppers gnocchi, chix soup, bell peppers chili, salad, bell peppers curry, salad, cauliflower $39 If you order sooner than later and would like a few tweaks to the food choices - such as pasta instead of gnocchi (but why would you lol) these changes can possibly be made. *During Covid19 - we will NOT be reusing any of the recyclable containers that the food is portioned and delivered in. We will certainly collect them any and all containers, rewash, sanitize and store them for post Covid deliveries. Keith (our driver is happy to pick up any containers and return them to Prepn'Pal! **Please note that ALL containers that are returned must be washed and completely dry. The compostable containers should be composted but for those condo units ...that do not offer compost services - we will collect all the containers and compost them. Please do not throw any recyclable containers or lids in the garbage! Reuse and recycle. Let's be kind to our environment!!

PrepN'Pal is excited to announce that we have our first 2021 menu choice coming out Friday January 8th - for delivery on SUNDAY JAN 10TH! Our 2021 meal delivery dates will be every WEDNESDAY (starting on January lucky 13th) and every SUNDAY (starting on January 10th)!! Our website should be out next week. We will keep you posted!...
