Good morning , It is with a heavy heart that I am now suspending classes indefinitely......... I will be looking into offering some online classes if there is any interest. I hope you all know that your health and wellness is paramount to me , this decision was not done in haste. I just think we should all be minimizing our contact at his time , and keeping our bubbles small. Let us all say a prayer that this gets better before it gets worse! Good morning yogis , thank you for your patience in moving forward with our Yoga classes . I just wanted to let you YES we will be having a class this ( October 17) Saturday morning from 930AM-10:30 AM at St.Paul's Church on the corner of George and Dibble Street https://www.google.com//data=!3m1!4b1!4m14!4m13!1m5!1m1!1s We will be using the auditorium and it is located as soon as you come through the doors, to the left and down the stairs. Just a few things ................. As per Covid guidelines and restrictions it is requested that you wear a mask into the building and until you get onto your mat, there will be a sanitation station set up inside the door. If at any time you leave your mat you must wear your mask. Due to the circumstances, there will be an increase in the cost of the classes. Cost is $15.00 for Regular Hatha class and $20.00 for the Yin/Restorative Pain Management class. At this time a min. class size of 4 and maximum of 9 will be implemented. Pre-registration and payment to [email protected] is required 24 hours before class, I will send out a confirmation email to those who register. Realizing it's not 24 hours before tomorrow's class, if you could let me know by the end of the day that would be great Sorry no refunds . Class Schedule Wednesday evening 6:30PM-8:00PM- Yin/Restorative Pain Management Thursday evenings Hatha Yoga 7:00PM-8:00PM Saturday mornings from Hatha Yoga 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM Due to the uncertainty of the Covid virus I will NOT be moving forward with class packages at this time Realizing that many of you have classes left on your packages, I am refunding your money this morning. Fall, such a beautiful time of the year with it's ever changing canvas of breathtaking colour. So many changes around us, we have wonder, will it ever be the same . With gentle acceptance we follow the protocols and hope to remain healthy and strong. Many times I have taught the power of the mind and how Yoga can help you come to that gentle acceptance of what we can't change . With the strength of a warrior and the heart of Yogi . This is simple, this is easy ,this ...is fun. Our mantra when things do get challenging, It works, try it next time you are feeling challenged with something. My challenges of late have regarded offering my teachings at O'Fitness, realizing it is not the optimum location it enabled me to keep offering classes as most locations were not offering space at this time. The response to the classes have been minimal and for right now I am cancelling all of my classes at O'Fitness except the Tuesday night 5:30pm-6:30pm and Pain Management series Tuesday nights 7:00pm-8:30pm. The forecast looks incredible for tomorrow morning as well and it may be our last opportunity for an outdoor class.
