To all of our patients: We would like to update you regarding Preston Medical's procedures for COVID-19: 1. The Ontario Government has asked pharmacies to start dispensing only 30 days worth of your medications, to ensure there is enough medication available for everyone who needs it. Once you have 10 days worth of medication left, please re-order your medication by phone at 519-653-1870 or online at https://prestonmed.ca/submit-a-prescription/... 2. We are continuing to offer free delivery from 10 am to 10pm on weekdays, and 10am to 6pm on Saturdays. We are also offering curb side pickup during store hours. However, our doors are locked, so therefore you will need to call ahead. This is to protect both our staff, as well as our patients, many of whom are elderly or immunocompromised. Although we have faced some anger for our decision, we have decided this is the best measure to take to keep our staff and community healthy. These are some measures we are taking to protect our staff members health, and the health of the community: Please call your prescriptions in: 519-653-1870 or reorder them online at https://prestonmed.ca/submit-a-prescription/ We will deliver them out to you free of charge.... If you have a paper prescription you would like to drop off, please put it in the mail slot on the left hand side of our front door. We have changed our deliveries to no contact deliveries. This means that we will no longer be obtaining signatures for deliveries, only recording the name of who receives the package. We would prefer to take your credit card information via phone. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this time as we try to follow the Governments recommendation for social distancing while keeping our staff healthy and available to serve you.
