Today we commemorate the brave men and women who served in wartime and we remember those who lost their lives during military service. Locally, 12 Powell River men in WWI, and 55 in WWII, died for their country. If you want to learn more about our local service men and women, you can access our website here http://powellrivermuseum.ca/aros/index.html and you can also come in to the museum to watch the 1944 Reunion Film produced by the Powell River Company! (Reminder that our capacity is a maximum of four at a time inside the museum).
