We are finally breaking ground on our ThirstFirst project with RJS Construction!

And thats a wrap! We have finally finished off our Centr Bar project. The final results is a very cool party/flex space with a bar and small kitchenette. Thanks to our friends at Cosco Mechanical for filling in when we needed an extra hand!

Not every job is a multi-month project. Sometimes it’s as simple as getting a customers laundry machine back up and running. New valves and added hammer arrestors to protect their pipes. We finally wrapped up this small kitchenette out at the UBC campus. It consisted of a new Kitchen sink,dishwasher and a filtered water faucet.

It was a long day but we managed to get the water restored to this apartment building by 10pm the Friday going into the long weekend. The 4 ductile water main from the city into the building was repaired poorly a couple years ago. We striped it back to solid pipe and repaired it properly. Another awesome job by our team!

We Are very excited to finally have this underground complete. We ran into every issue possible but we got through it! No more structural issues and no more combined building drain inside.

During these crazy times we have seen a large upswing in touchless faucets being installed. We switched out 3 hand washing sinks at a retirement home to knee operated sinks. Helping reduce the transmission of any nasty bugs!

We just wrapped up a quick commercial washroom! New sinks,faucets,toilets and floor drain.
