Barney donkey was feeling the recent cold and snow so he turned to 'Almazon' and ordered a north of seven toque & scarf set and some new mukluks. Also, being the patriot he is, Barney commissioned a couple of pieces of Canadiana for the back side of Peter’s House.

Hannah was bought at a livestock auction. She was advertised 'as a wonderful Christmas present for your grandchild'. Obviously, we had to take her. The very sweet Hannah who loves attention is having a snack in this lovely photo!

Thank you to volunteer David for this gorgeous photo of Princess! Princess was in a cattle farm in Collingwood covered in cow mud. Very scared and nervous of all sounds. A very long 3 1/2 hour drive home. Volunteer Peter of course at the wheel. Her eyes were a mess. She is going blind and wears a fly mask when outside to protect her eyes from dirt, wind and sun. She has no peripheral vision so you must come up to her face-on. Very head shy. Her buddy is sometimes Eddie the hinny. Has not bonded with anyone else as yet. Princess is feeling very comfortable and safe at PrimRose Donkey Sanctuary.
