All classes* that were cancelled for the Fall 2020 Season will resume the week of January 4, 2021. *Please Note - We are unable to run adult classes at this time. Please see below for dates.... Good news to share! Gymnastics has been removed from the order, and we have been given the go ahead to reopen. Our updated Return to Sport plan has been posted on our website, together with the Gymnastics BC updated document, for your review. Please let us know if you have any further questions upon your review, and we will be happy to answer those for you. E-mail [email protected] with any of those questions. The staff will be in this week to modify our set up to accommodate the 3 meter distancing throughout the facility. The screening, and drive thru format will remain the same, the kids will wear a mask upon entry, and will keep their mask on until their warm-up commences. The kids will wear their mask when moving from event to event, and will put it back on when leaving the floor area through to exit. 4 and Under Program: All parents MUST wear a mask upon entry through to their exit. We are hopeful that we can keep the same group numbers as we currently have, but will know more on that after our new set up is finalized. We will keep you updated if there will need to be any modifications to your child’s class time. As the session was to be completed by Christmas break, some of the coaches have school schedule changes in January. We are going to do our best to get the remaining classes covered, in the event we are unable to, you will receive a refund for the classes that were missed. At this time classes will resume for our pre-school and recreational programs, on Monday, January 4th. Currently we are unable to run the adult class, if this does not change by January 5th, we will provide a refund for the missed classes. Please see below the weeks remaining for your child’s class: ***PLEASE NOTE: The weeks remaining reflect the Remembrance Day, and Halloween closure for those classes, as well as the Monday, and Tuesday daytime that did run before the closure*** Monday Classes will run on January 4th, and 11th to finish the current session Tuesday Daytime Classes will run on January 5th, and 12th to finish the current session Tuesday Evening Classes will run on January 5th, 12th, and 19th to finish the current session. Adult class is unable to resume at this time; Wednesday Classes will run on January 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th to finish the current session Thursday Classes will run on January 7th, 14th, and 21st to finish the current session Friday Classes will run on January 8th, 15th, and 22nd Saturday Classes will run on January 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th Sunday Classes will run on January 10th, 17th, and 24th Thank you, and take care. IMPORTANT - Mask Wearing Hello everyone, After the recent update from Bonnie Henry, effective immediately, all members, including children, and parents of our parent and tot programs, must wear a mask to enter the facility. Masks will be worn entirely until the children start their activity.... Please send your child with a small bag to carry their mask, water bottle, and hand sanitizer from station to station on the floor area. Also please ensure your child is wearing socks in their boots when they arrive. This will be in effect until we provide any further updates to you. One further note, please ensure that all members in the household can pass our screening questions in order for your child to participate in their scheduled class. We ask that you please keep your child home if they have any signs of illness, and to take the screening process very seriously. We appreciate all of your help in keeping our gym safe. I assure you that our staff have been well trained on keeping the kids distanced, and sanitized, while in the facility, and we do have a high cleaning protocol in place. Thank you, and take care.
