To all clients, friends and community members on behalf of BC Notaries Association: Like you, we are focused on slowing the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, and... we remain determined to address the safety of our members and the community. Notaries in the province continue to be here to assist with the needs of the public. However, individual Notary offices need to protect their staff and clients, so at this time please consider limiting your visit to a Notary office to essential work. Please call ahead to your Notary office before visiting to determine how they are approaching providing services while minimizing in-person contact. If you have recently returned to Canada from outside the country, or if you have any symptoms of the flu or a cold, please refrain from attending a Notary’s office, and instead call or email.
