Just a quick follow up on our new no phone experiment #. In the first week of not answering the phone during business hours, we received about 30 calls. 2 were actually humans that left a voicemail, and business is booming via email #. We’d call that a win for productivity, wouldn’t you? #

Guys! We’re trying something a little different here at our screen printing shop we won’t be answering the phone during business hours. Say what? Are you crazy? Do you hate business? Just the opposite we love helping our customers build their brand with awesome custom printed apparel, promotional products, and online stores! We take communication very seriously, and email allows us to thoughtfully respond to quote requests and provide the best pricing and informa...tion to our customers. We are currently a two-person operation, which means we do all the quotes, mockups, and production ourselves. That doesn’t leave us much time during the day run to the phone everytime it rings. Custom apparel orders are complicated (with many variables), and we can’t provide you with the best information and correct pricing over the phone. We also receive a large volume of spam/robocalls on a daily basis. If you work at (or own) a public facing business you know what I’m talking about!
