Sandalwood essential oil is a great balancing oil along with the great aroma that it has! It's woodsy and sweet. Doterra actually has two different kinds, Hawaiian and Indian. They both have just about the same benefits, but Hawaiian smells a little sweeter like honey while the Indian has more of a woodsy scent to it. This oil is great for headaches, stress, and promotes feelings of balance which is what a lot of people need this next month with all the changes that they may be experiencing with back-to-school, or starting new jobs, or even starting a different chapter in their life. This oil is for everyone!

Don't go the long weekend without bringing these oils with you! These three oils combined are great after you've spent a day in the sun. Just add 1-2 drops of each with a TBS of coconut oil and apply to your skin after your day outside! Not only are these oils great for after-sun, but they also smell AMAZING diffused after a long day. This is my favourite oil blend after a hard day at school where I just want to unwind and relax.... Another way to use it is in a bath. Add a few drops of each in the water mixed with coconut oil or another carrier oil and you're all set to enjoy a nice relaxing time in the tub!
