We converted a from a corner jacuzzi tub and shower surrounded by 3 walls and dropped bulkhead to a freestanding tub and spacious shower with bench and soap niche. Single vanity converting to double and complete wardrobe closet and lighting redesign.

18 x 36 Tilework on this entertainment wall for my uncle Silvano who is project managing his main floor reno.

A deck project with a glass and aluminum railing combination for Ricky and Susan. This summer, composite and PVC decking were the choice materials for most of my clients. They tell me the longevity and low maintenance is definitely worth the investment.

Correcting a leaning retaining wall and depressed interlock pavers can be a physically intense undertaking. Proam Design & Build has the manpower and expertise to straighten out walls and remove valleys and buckled areas of paver blocks.

Current project is a garage with an open area for pool side lounging.

Steve and Daniel were waiting a long time finding a contractor to replace their chipped and weathered architectural band over the garage. I installed a new band with an updated profile from a precast foam core stucco moulding along with new aluminum cap and soffit flashing. Couple coats of textured coating from DuRock for a clean finish.

New rear deck for cousins Steve and Krista. They made a great choice going with AZEK PVC decking in two tone color scheme.

Fence and Deck portion of this backyard renovation complete. The deck is 2 levels and surrounded on 2 sides with oversize steps. A small landing on the side with a modern style handrail and horizontal skirting boards compliments the clean lines on the fence and gate. Natural limestone slab installation to follow.
