While Manitobans are probably disappointed by today's news about no holiday gatherings, they likely aren't surprised - only a very optimistic 2% of those we surveyed in early November said we'd "definitely" be able to gather with friends and family this year (Metho: N=800, online panel, in field Oct. 31-Nov. 3)
