If it’s difficulty to find the optimal position to fall alseep during pregnancy? Here are a few tips ! It is recommended to sleep on your left side, this will help the kidneys function better, as well as the circulation of blood and nutrients to the uterus. However, it is not recommended to sleep on your back from the second trimester onwards, as this position puts the weight of your uterus (and therefore of the baby) on your back and intestines. Also, if you're used to lyi...ng on your stomach, you can use this position as long as your baby isn't kicking you yet. To maximize your comfort, use cushions! The ideal is to cross your legs by putting a cushion between them, and another cushion behind your back, then you'll be well positioned for a few hours of sleep The semi-seated position using the support of a few cushions is also an excellent alternative at the end of pregnancy. It is also best to sleep with your feet elevated to promote blood circulation. And you, have you found the right position to sleep with baby?
