Hey friends! Just letting everyone know I am working on contacting clients who need to be rescheduled and working on my waiting list. I will be working 6 days a week for a while to help get caught up on appointments. I will contact you as soon as I have a time/date for you. If you would like to be added to the waiting list and haven't yet you can contact me or call Pet Valu to be added to the list. Due to covid we have some new guidelines in place. **When you come in for you ...appointment please wait at our designated area for grooming clients at the front of the store. I will come up to the front of the store and place a slip lead on your dog. We ask you to remove your collar and leash and hold onto it until pick up. I will get your grooming instructions from you and and walk your dog back to my grooming room. I will call you about 20 minutes before they are done so they can be picked up promptly upon finishing time. As per Covid guidelines I cannot have dogs from different families in the room at the same time. It is very important that we stick to drop off times and pick up times so no one else's appointment is effected. I need a minimum of 15 - 20 minutes between each dog to disinfect the room before the next dog can come in. Late drop off may mean we will have to reschedule your appointment as it may not leave enough time before the next dog. At this time there will be NO walk in nail trimming. For social distancing, disinfection and safety it is not possible at this time. If you need nails done please contact myself or the store to be added to the wait list. I sincerely appreciate everyone's patients with the new guidelines. Together we will get back to normal safely! I hope everyone is staying safe! At this point we hope to open during phase 2 (May 22nd). That is if everything goes to plan for phase 1. I will start taking bookings closer to that date if things are progressing positively. When I do start taking bookings we will be informing the 6ft distancing rule which means we cannot have any human clients in the grooming room before, during, or after the groom. The first clients booked back will be clients that I had to cancel before/during the closure. Please know I will be working long hours to get everyone caught up asap. I recommend that when you come in for your appointment you prebook your next appointments as I will be back logged for some time and the summer heat will be here soon. Please read! Due to the covid-19 virus the grooming section ( myself) will be closed until further notice. It will depend on the virus and when the government feel that it's safe for non-essential businesses to re open.
